Join Crystal Soto and Leanne Whitney for a heart opening evening of intention, connection and music.
Cacao has long been revered in Indigenous cultures, particularly by the Maya and Aztec, as a sacred plant used in ceremonies to connect with the Divine and open the heart. Known for its healing properties, cacao is believed to enhance emotional well-being, promote spiritual clarity, and restore balance through its nurturing energy and rich antioxidants.
To prepare your mind, body, and spirit to receive this beautiful plant medicine you will be guided through gentle movement, breathwork, and intention setting. Our cacao ritual will include meditation and an extended savasana while you receive live a musical performance and the healing sound vibrations of the Native flute.
You will leave feeling grounded, heart-centered, nourished and connected. We look forward to welcoming you!
