Through grounding movement, breathwork, meditation, and reflective journaling, you’ll cultivate deep stability in the legs, hips, and pelvic floor, foundations for hormonal harmony, nervous system regulation, and emotional resilience.
Whether you’re navigating fear, anxiety, or simply yearning to feel more rooted in your body and your life, this is your first step on the feminine chakra journey: a gentle return to the quiet, wise ground beneath all transformation.
You’ll receive simple, empowering practices to continue at home, so the work doesn’t end when the session does.
What We’ll Explore Together:
• A supportive, grounded space to connect and share
• Rooting through the feet and legs with standing and balancing poses to build physical and emotional steadiness
• Gentle activation and release of the pelvic floor, using techniques like Mula Bandha and other mindful practices, to awaken deep core strength and build embodied awareness
• Releasing tension in the lower back and psoas, the deep core muscle linked to stability and emotional trauma and stress
• Breathwork and meditation designed to soothe the nervous system and encourage hormonal balance

– A yoga mat and a cozy eye covering for meditation
