This 75 min class will have you feeling strong, balanced and floating on cloud nine. We’ll start off with a strong 45 min vinyasa flow to build heat and strengthen your mind. The next 30 min we will immerse into a savasana filled with singing bowls, chimes, gong and more for a unique meditative experience. Embrace your yin and yang.
This class is for everyone.
Highly recommended for those who find moments of stillness to be a challenge.
Feel free to bring pillows, blankets or anything you may need to contribute to your warmth and comfort in savasana.
