Join Donna Maher for a deeply relaxing and heart-opening sound bath experience centered around the theme of gratitude. As we move into the season of giving thanks, take a moment to pause, breathe, and connect with a sense of appreciation for the blessings in your life.
We’ll begin with a guided meditation to cultivate feelings of gratitude, helping you to release stress and open your heart to a deeper sense of appreciation.
Following the meditation, you’ll be immersed in the soothing sounds of healing instruments and vocals. The harmonious vibrations will create a peaceful space for you to relax, restore, and reconnect. Allow the sound waves to wash over you, releasing tension and inviting in calm, balance, and a renewed sense of gratitude.
No prior experience needed.
What to bring:
A (yoga) mat to lay on
Pillows, blankets or anything you may need to contribute to your comfort
(Optional) a blindfold to cover your eyes and support your relaxation
Sound therapy or sound-based relaxation techniques have been practiced for thousands of years and are popular for helping people reduce stress and anxiety and to help with sleep. If you are pregnant or have any metal in your body, please consult your doctor prior to joining.
