Begin with yoga warm-ups and individual poses to prepare your body and mind.
Transition into Partner Yoga postures, where you’ll lean into and support one another, discovering deeper stretches and release through shared movement.
Conclude with a heart-opening meditation, allowing love, connection, and compassion to flow freely.
