Join Crystal Soto, Leanne Whitney & Steph Palomino for a heart opening evening of intention, connection and sound.

Rather than setting goals or resolutions, we’ll explore what it means to let the heart become a compass: an inner orienting force that guides us toward coherence, truth, and right relationship—with ourselves, with others, and with the path unfolding ahead.

Cacao has long been revered in Indigenous cultures, particularly by the Maya and Aztec, as a sacred plant used in ceremonies to connect with the Divine and open the heart. Renowned for its healing properties, Cacao nurtures emotional well-being, promotes spiritual clarity, and restores balance through its rich antioxidants and loving energy.

To prepare your mind, body, and spirit to receive this sacred medicine, you will be guided through gentle movement, journaling, intention-setting and meditation, followed by an extended savasana ––during which you will experience live sound healing with crystal singing bowls and other instruments. This 2-hour event is designed to attune to the state of heart–mind coherence, where nervous system regulation and intuitive knowing meet.

This circle is an invitation to:

- settle the nervous system and cultivate inner coherence
- reconnect with the heart as a source of guidance and wisdom
- listen for what is asking to be honored, released, or tended this year
- orient toward the months ahead with clarity, softness, and trust

Wear comfortable clothing and please bring:

- a special or sacred object to set on the altar
- journal & pen
- water bottle
- an eye cover for sound bath portion of the evening (optional)

You will leave feeling grounded, heart-centered, nourished and connected.

We look forward to welcoming you!
