THE WORKSHOP EXPERIENCE
In this 2.5-hour workshop is design in two segments, you will learn ways to put your life into dynamic balance. The first hour is centered on techniques designed to encourage deep relaxation, body awareness, stress release and vagus nerve balancing. We will use a combination of somatic relaxation breathing techniques and gentle release movement exercises, vagus nerve stress release, some restorative yoga poses and guided meditation. This is followed by a mindfulness tea and short journaling break. In hour two we focus on rejuvenation and integration. Again we’ll use a combination of modalities incorporating rejuvenating somatics with the addition of some Qigong and gentle Tai Chi (including 6 healing sounds), as well as a second guided meditation tailored to promote a sense of rejuvenation, inspiration and wellbeing.
