We’ll begin with a short, guided meditation, setting the tone for rest and reflection. As the soundscape unfolds, you’ll have the space to let go of what feels heavy, reconnect with what feels true, and nurture the light that is uniquely yours. You’ll leave feeling grounded, renewed, and rested.
No prior experience needed.
What to bring:
A (yoga) mat to lay on
Pillows, blankets or anything you may need to contribute to your comfort
(Optional) a blindfold to cover your eyes and support your relaxation
