During our 75 min together, Stephanie will guide you through a journey of sound as she plays her healing instruments consisting of alchemy bowls, gong, chimes, and many others. Daisy will move reiki through each participant to further enhance the frequencies as we truly unite and facilitate harmonization and healing across your mind, body, and spirit.

Your Ceremony Facilitators:
Steph Palomino is a first-generation Latina who was born and raised in LA. The first time she fell in love with yoga was over 15 years ago. Once she landed her dream job as a NICU RN at one of LA’s top hospitals, she had the opportunity to do a yoga teacher training in Thailand. Steph has now been teaching yoga for over 5.5 years meanwhile still working night shifts for over a decade. She remains committed to honoring and respecting the practice by remaining a student of yoga. Most recently, she completed a yoga teacher mentorship and graduated from a Sound Practitioner training. She is also engaged in hospital committees to integrate yoga and sound for staff members, thus further opening the door for deeper exploration of both worlds.

Daisy Sun is an energetic painter and reiki master who helps people connect with themselves through conversation, artworks, and energetic harmonization. Daisy seeks to create paintings and an environment in which she reflects the wonder she sees in people as a reminder of their innate beauty. Her spiritual journey continues to evolve through explorations and discoveries that lead her towards her inner compass. Through these experiences, she strengthens the connection with herself that allows her to accompany others on their healing journey to do the same. Through brush strokes and reiki, she seeks to show the dynamic and colorful lives of the people who inspire her paintings. When we see something beautiful with our eyes, we feel it with our soul, bringing forth courage to connect the light and dark aspects of ourselves. With the ability to see who we are, we find ourselves whole.
