This workshop offers practical, compassionate tools to help you adapt your yoga practice in ways that support sincere healing — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Drawing from yoga teachings, clinical insight and personal experience, Kinjal will guide you through a mix of reflection and gentle practice designed to help you meet yourself right where you are.
What to expect:
Discussion/Conversation – Understand how the nervous system plays a role in pain and healing, and how movement may help.
Journaling – Reflect on your current relationship with your body, and what might help shift it toward ease.
Practice – A calming sequence including breathwork, with space to modify as needed.
This workshop is ideal for anyone wanting a more sustainable, self-aware approach to practice. All experience levels welcome — just bring curiosity and a willingness to listen to your body in a new way.
