Whether you’re looking to deepen your current knowledge or get guidance at an earlier stage of your yoga journey, this series will increase the depth and ease of your experience. This limited series of classes will give you the tools to be able to attend any group class and make it productive for your specific needs and goals.

Week 1, Jan 5: Standing Poses
Standing poses build strength and agility. Learn variations and modifications so you can level up your practice at your own pace.
Week 2, Jan 12: Pranayama
Pranayama is a specific set of breathing methods. Alone or with movement, they allow you to transform your life.
Week 3, Jan 19: Backbends
Backbends may be one of the most joyful parts of practice! They are energizing and rejuvenating, like an espresso without the jitters.
Week 4, Jan 26: Forward Bends & Stillness
Spend time with a most soothing tool in yoga: forward bends. We’ll work on the physical and mental capacity to stay still when it feels challenging and inconvenient.
